Thanksgiving Day

Madeline had a very nice Thanksgiving. She looked so cute in her turkey shirt! She didn't eat any turkey, but she got to see her first Christmas tree. We put up Grandmother's snowman tree at Pa's and hung three of the angels from the Memorial service on it. Maddie helped put some of the ornaments on.

We're excited about Madeline's first Turkey Day. Looks like she'd rather eat her sock than turkey, though.

Pajama Night

Tonight was Family Fun Night at JELV, and the theme was Pajama Night. Madeline went in one of her new sleepers. She looked too cute, but she acted even cuter. She got to see her Donnie, Loren, Mimi and Kelly. She wouldn't even eat her dinner because she was so interested in seeing people and watching what was going on! She was glad to get home so she could kick her feet (one of her favorite things to do). We took this video when we got home.

Having Fun

Madeline has so much fun playing on our bed! She's so funny. She's kinda hard to film because she kicks so much, but she is a ham for the camera! She gets hiccups every time she laughs-- you can hear them on the video.

Yum!

Madeline had her first sweet potatoes last night. We aren't sure which she likes more-- eating them or wearing them!! Does anybody want to recommend any other foods their kids loved? So far we've tried bananas, peaches, pears and sweet potatoes. Carrots are next on the list. Just curious.....
