Fun with Reese

Shane, Emily and Reese came over to see the new house Saturday night. The girls had big fun! They played on the swingset, read books, danced with the FridgeFarm and ate some fruit snacks... actually Reese fed Maddie her snacks :) They were so cute together!

Mulch Baby!

Maddie had a great time doing yard work with Daddy this weekend! What a mess!

KY Horse Park

On Monday we went to the Horse Park. We wanted to let Madeline do the pony rides, but she wasn't old enough. So, she had to settle for the saddle they had on a Woodford Reserve barrel. We also let her sit on a statue named Happy Go Lucky. She is definitely not going to be a jockey! She'd rather drive Daddy's Sequoia any day! We had a great time at the Horse Park with Nana and Grandad though. The weather was really nice and Madeline liked watching the mare/foal show.

Long Weekend!

Nana and Grandad came to visit Madeline over Memorial Day weekend. She had such a big time. She's getting good at saying Nana and Grandad now. She really showed off her talking and walking for them. She played and read the comics Sunday morning. She really liked Daddy's fish tank that we set up in the basement Sunday!

New House!

Sorry we disappeared for a couple of weeks, but we are officially moved into the new house! We have been busy but Madeline loves having so much room to run around! Her favorite part of the house is the screened porch. She likes to wave at all of the neighbors! Here are the latest pictures.

Madeline's second Derby

We spent most of this weekend packing. It is our last weekend at 512 Millpond! The movers are coming Friday to take everything to the new house. We are so ready to get settled in. Madeline did have time for some fun on Derby Day. We grilled out with Pa and she was hilarious as usual. Check out the pics! Hope she gets better at picking horses when she's older though, because team Mom and Dad had the winning horse! Sorry Maddie and Pa! Better luck next year!
