Fall Kickoff

Here are some pictures of Madeline at the Fall Kickoff tonight at Nana and Grandad's church. She was still too small for the inflatables, but she had a blast doing sand art, getting balloon animals, eating sno cones, and painting.

Build A Bear

Well, actually our trip turned out to be Build A Dog! Meet August, Madeline's shaggy puppy we brought home with us today. She was a very big girl pushing the pedal to fill the puppy with fluff. She followed all of the directions the lady at the store gave her. She picked out a heart for the puppy, gave her a bath, and then picked out her clothes and shoes. It was a lot of fun. They are upstairs napping together right now!

Kerrie's Wedding

We had a very exciting weekend. Aunt KK and Ben are officially married! We are happy to say that our little flower girl cooperated perfectly and walked down the aisle with no problems! She even asked later in the evening after the wedding, "Mama, can we go walk down that aisle again?" Guess she liked her time in the spotlight! We also discovered that she's quite the little dancer! She had a blast at the reception, especially on the dance floor! Congratulations, Kerrie and Ben! You guys looked great, the wedding was beautiful, and we hope you have fun in Key West!

End of Summer

Sadly, all good things come to an end. We are sad at our house that summer break is over. It has been a summer full of firsts for our little girl. She is growing and changing so quickly. It seems like she says or does something new each day. Madeline is truly a blessing!
