Madeline had a great time at Disney on Ice yesterday. She dressed up like Belle, and got an Ariel snowcone. She was fascinated by the show. That's the quietest she's been in a long time!

Christmas Fun
Christmas 2010 was a great one. Madeline had a blast. She got to spend time with family, made Christmas cookies with friends, and of course got LOTS of presents. Still wondering if the drum set from Santa was a good idea....
It worked out well that our white Christmas didn't impact travel, and that it was 55 degrees a week later so she could use her new baby car seat and bell for her bike.
We are so thankful for the real reason we celebrate Christmas- Jesus. As Madeline says, he's the most awesome one. We wish everyone a great 2011!

Thanksgiving Week
Madeline had a great Thanksgiving week. We started it off with a weenie roast. We decorated the house for Christmas, she had her Thanksgiving feast at school, and of course we had turkey on Thursday! Then, we went to see Santa. Guess who sat on his lap this year and loved every minute of it?? She also had a blast at the Lexington Christmas parade and tree lighting. It was so nice to be home for so many days to do whatever we wanted!

Halloween!
Madeline got to go trick-or-treating on Friday night with Kylie and Elyse, on Saturday night with Nana & Grandad and on Sunday night with Mama & Daddy! She had a blast with her friends! She also got to meet Baby Dru for the first time. She got tons of candy, and a Chuck E Cheese gift card from Ben and KK. Nana and Grandad gave her bottles for her babies, a memory game, and a Dora book. She definitely enjoyed the weekend!
