We had a great time in Charleston, SC! Madeline is a beach baby, that's for sure. She LOVED it! We got to go to the beach 4 days and the pool twice. We took a private hour-long carriage tour of Historic downtown Charleston, went to Magnolia plantation, shopped at the Market, and ate a lot of good seafood. Madeline was such a good girl all week. She loved all of the attention she got from Nana and Grandad, and she loved being on the beach with so much room to run! Our beach house was so nice. It had great views of the water and boats. Madeline wasn't interested in the boats, but she loved seagulls and shells. We saw tons of dolphins too. They were so close to the shore! We couldn't believe it! We are ready to go back!!

First Bible School!

Madeline went to bible school this week! She had so much fun in the 1 and 2 year olds class. The theme was Surfin' thru the Scriptures, so there was a sand/water night and lots of ocean crafts. She loved playing with the other kids and singing the songs. We had a great time.

Pool Date!

We started our summer break out right-- at the pool! Madeline and Reese had a great time! We couldn't believe it when we got there and the girls had on the same bathing suit! It was so funny.

KK and Ben

Madeline's Aunt Kerrie (KK) and Ben came to stay with us this weekend. When Maddie saw Ben on her birthday, she gave him the stare down! This time, she warmed up to him and even said "Hi Ben!" a couple of times. She also said "Hi KK!" perfectly. She was so funny showing off her golf skills all weekend! She's getting pretty good at it. We also installed the DVD player in Jerrod's SUV to get ready for vacation this coming Saturday. I gave in and got her some Wiggles DVDs after so many people recommended them. She is loving it! We went shopping Saturday and she was in love with the new entertainment!

Fun with Reese

Shane, Emily and Reese came over to see the new house Saturday night. The girls had big fun! They played on the swingset, read books, danced with the FridgeFarm and ate some fruit snacks... actually Reese fed Maddie her snacks :) They were so cute together!
