about Summer Break is staying in our PJs all morning and playing till nap time. I love my girl in her comfy clothes.

Little Monkeys

We went to Monkey Joes today with Emmi and Kylie. Our little monkeys had so much fun! These two are so funny when they play together!

Vacation

We had a great time on vacation! Madeline loved the beach as usual. She even went under water for the first time! She was not one bit afraid of waves crashing into her. She tried the boogie board, wiped out, and wanted to get back on again! We visited the park where we had our wedding pictures made 5 1/2 years ago and took Madeline's picture there. We also saw a 1500 year old oak tree. It was pretty amazing. We ate some really good seafood, did some shopping, and Maddie got to take a trip to the aquarium with Nana and Grandad while Mama and Daddy played golf.

Ready for my Pedi!

Every girl needs a pedicure before her beach vacation! This was Madeline's first pedi and she did a super job sitting still and letting her polish dry. All it took was a little apple juice and The Bee Movie in the DVD player.

Maddie and Millie

We got the dog a much needed summer haircut this week, and Madeline has been calling her a "baby puppy" ever since! She is so skinny and little without all of that hair, and Madeline is loving how tiny she is.

Too Cute in Their Suits

Madeline had a great time playing with Kylie in the pool last week. It was her first pool play date of the summer!

LCA Open House

Madeline had a blast visiting her future preschool classroom Monday night. She didn't want to leave! We can't believe it's already time for her to start school. It is exciting and a little sad all at the same time. Our baby girl is growing up too fast!
